My trip out west

Hey y'all!! As most of y'all know I just returned from my trip to Glen Haven, Colorado. I go to Colorado every year with my whole family to visit my great grandmother. I love it up there even though there isn't any wifi or cell service!! I thought I'd share a few pictures from our trip!
I took this picture going into Estes park, which is about 15 minutes from our cabin. The Rocky Mountains looked so pretty!

This was in Rocky Mountain National Park it was only about 48 degrees but in this photo it looks warm!

On our way back from pikes peak we saw elk and even snow! Crazy right? Snow in the middle of July!
This stream goes right by our cabin. It's so close at night you can hear it! It actually flooded two years ago and wiped out most of the town of Glen Haven.
I took this on our hike up to deserted village. Since the flood, you can't make it to the village anymore because the trail was washed away.
Behind the cabin, there is the perfect trees to hang our Eno and enjoy the scenery!
In front of the cabin, there is a meadow with wild flowers growing. It's gorgeous!
We went horse back riding at moraine  stables. The gorgeous view was worth being sore the next day!
This is where we feed the chipmunks at my great grandmothers cabin! In the morning we put out feed for them and all during the day they sit on the rock and eat!

That's all the pictures I have for today! If you find yourself near Glen Haven, visit Steve and Becky at the general store and get one of Becky's famous cinnamon rolls!
XO, Taylor
